INTRODUCTION
1. Studyverse is a coaching service initiative taken by Jadavpur University students who secured top rank in WBJEE and rank holders in JEE (MAINS + ADVANCED).

WHY STUDYVERSE
Studyverse is initiative by the Jadavpur University students to provide coaching services like KOTA in their own locality so that students can prepare perfectly for their dream WBJEE AND IIT JEE exam with good rank qualification within affordable price. Studyverse is wholly commited to imparting career based education and students have the benefit of our expertise and knowledge everyday throughout the year. From our core curriculum of preparatory studies to the detailed subject analysis through tests, our students have an access to all that is required to be successful in JEE (MAINS + ADVANCED) and WBJEE.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1. Kindly read carefully the terms and conditions, disclaimers, and the privacy policy before using our website or website features and services.
2. All terms and conditions, disclaimers, and the privacy policy, disclaimers will be automatically applied to all registered member or as an unregistered visitor.
3. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, disclaimers and privacy policy, you must not access or use our website or website features and services.

TERMS AND CONDITION FOR TUTOR
1. Teacher can prefer location according to his/her choice and would be given that location which he/she choose if that location is available to us for mentoring otherwise, teacher will be given nearest location of his/her preference.
2. After joining the course, teachers will have to teach atleast 6 months.
3. Management can modify terms and condition later if needed.
4. If you don't agree with the terms and codition disclaimers and privacy policy, you must not access or use our website or website features and services.
5. We reserve the right in its sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise update the terms of use without any prior notice.
6. We and our our employee, partners, vendors, the associate may contact on users contact details via manual/automated calls, text SMS, email, Whatsapp including another mode of contact, for all concern in connection with our website features and services. Users agree all such mode of contact will not be considered as spam. If any user does not want to get contacted such way then the user can put a request by contacting us.
7. Two types of course is available. a. ON LOCATION - for on location type course, the teacher will be given 2000 Rs for the first month per subject and it will be promoted to 3000 Rs from the second month for 4 students and if student increases,tutor will be given an increament of
i) 1500 Rs for XI - XII class per student
ii) 950 Rs for XII pass out class per student
b. DOOR STEP - for Door Step type course, the tutor will be given 2,800 Rs per subject.
8. The teacher can earn maximun 15000 Rs per subject per month by taking one class a week
9. The tutor have to take 1 classes per week per subject and the class duration will be of 4 hours
10. The tutor must follow the study planning provided by Studyverse.
11. Studyverse will give notes of each and every chapter and teacher may follow the notes for his/her teaching.
12. If students feel unsatisfied with the teaching method of tutor, Studyverse has the authority to take necessary steps.
13. The tutor have to attend as inspector in time of examination of students if Studyverse call him/her (This process will be the cyclic for 3 teacher respectively Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics)
14. In case if tutor miss to take the classes, he/she has to take the class later.

CONTENT UPLOAD ON WEBSITE:
1. The user can upload content of self-creation only. A user owns the copyright unless the copyright is not assinged to somebody else.
2. The user can upload content which does not violet the copyright, law, trademark, patent, intellectual right of an individual or entity
3. The user may need our approval for modifiction, revision of the uploaded content.
4. Only users are responsible for content submitted and users agree to indemnify and defend us, also hold us harmless for any damages, losses, costs or expenses(including legal charge) as a consequence of uploaded content.
5. A user may share, forward website link of Studyverse to another third party platform without violating fair use guidelines of Studyverse.

ACTIONS/ACTIVITIES THAT ARE NOT ALLOWED
Studyverse is a platform to provide coaching services, there are some limitations/restrictions.
a) defame, stalk,harm or otherwise harass any individual
b) collect or store personal data of another individual by any means
c) Act or promote any type illegal activities
d) Inhibit other users from using and enjoying the forums
e) violet /interrupt any procedures, policies, or regulations of the website and our network
f) make wrong representation for the identity of own self or other user/individuals
g) upload or post otherwise make available any content that you do not have any that right
h) Post/upload anything which is false, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, profane, defamatory, sexually explicit, vulgar, abusive, obscene, and libelous, promotes violence, is invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; impersonating anybody
i) unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” or solicitations via e-mail; or any other form of business solicitation Without our written consent
j) Upload or post any manual/automated system including but not limited to robots, spiders, scrapers, software viruses, computer code files or programs, a deep link which interrupt, limit, restrict, affect in any manner to our website
k) Violate or promote the violation of the academic honesty policy or other conduct policies of the school, college, university, academic institution or workplace
l) violate or promote the violation of Any applicable local, state, national or international law

MEMBER REGISTRATION : ELIGIBILITY AND CONDUCT
1. The use of our wensite and its services available to the users who can bind legal contracts under Indian contract act, 1872. So to use our website, website service its mandatory to satisfy the following terms.
a. The user must be atleast 18 years old or
b. If the user is minor(below the age of 18 years) can use under the supervision of a minors legal parents/guardian who accept our terms and condition
c. A parent or legal guardian of a minor can use on behalf of minor
2. By registering and uploading/posting content you represent, acknowledge and agree to
a. provide current, accurate, legal, truthful information and content
b. not use or manipulate our service for any fraudulent activity or purpose

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
1. The terms of use and our other documents shall govern ( and constructed too) as per laws of India. In the event of any controversy, claim, or damage arising out of these the terms of use, agreement or facilities of our website would be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the high court at Calcutta, West Bengal, India.
